its all a part of the Great Outdoors experience. Bug spray is a must! The dirt washes off, and the critters usually don't bother you if you leave them alone,....:D

on this trip, the only time i ever felt dirty was putting up the tent and taking it down. it was warm, and i got a bit sweaty. I went down to the river and swam in the clean, clear, cool, water, and felt clean, totally refreshed. I could have gone to the showers, as they were closer, but the fredom, and natural beauty called me to the river. once a year we do this trip, and it is always one of the best events of the entire year!
