To the best of my knowledge this was taken during a family foray to California when my father was working there. This was one of those road-side tourist attractions in Tennessee. We took a bus all the way, very typical for that era.

Nice album with some great pictures, I am glad you shared your sister and your lives work with us. I am very sorry for your loss, she will always be with you. I hope you continue to take pictures and to share with us, maybe even more of her works?

I have more of her works. I've just been so busy trying to clean up the house and sell it (before the bank takes it in foreclosure) I haven't been able to give it my full attention.

Thank you. When you're young you don't realize life has its limits. She knew she was in serious trouble, but was too terrified to look ahead. I, the "kid brother" at 74, realize that even though I'm currently healthy, it'll come to me someday also.

Thank you for your sentiments. Even though I lived and travelled quite often throughout my lifetime, there was always her house in New York for me to come back to as a security blanket. I lived in her house for about a year after she passed, but I had to sell it because of the bank's foreclosure. That was the final separation from my family (none left) which had been supportive throughout my life.

I think we all feel that way, especially about those we love in our families. My brother is mentally ill and although he is still alive, I wonder how I will cope once he's gone. It's a universal experience, regret. Although we can focus on the good things we had with our loved ones.

More of Sis' photos from when she was taking a photography course at San Fernando Valley State in CA during the 60's. Don't we all wish we were back at that time!

You are welcome. She was the last close member of my family; and now I find myself without direction. Posting all my photos is giving me a little bit of reason to continue on.

I love the food they serve at those festivals. Used to go quite a bit, back in the day.

Fairly recent trip to Nashville.

My sisters recently went to Nashville. I wish I had gone. They have a pic of them at this very guitar.

Of course, the typical tourist photo.

I was working at Great Yarmouth for Bechtel Corp. Sis Tina came to visit me, and we went to tour London while she was in the UK.

It must be comforting to you that you took so many pictures of loved ones.

Yes, it was. I was close to my immediate family for my entire life, now they're all gone.

She was a very vivacious person. This is one of the few I didn't take.
