I just wanted to comment that you are a phenomenal photographer. You not only capture the image itself, but you also manage to capture the mood and feelings and emotions of the subjects. You obviously have a keen eye for catching that exact moment in time, and each of your photos tells a story of that moment. It's almost as if I'm connected with the subjects and can read their thoughts and emotions. And the B&W images just add more of a nostalgic artistic feeling. Kudos on your God-given talent, my friend.

Good negative scan. It pulls the reds down to a better level than the print scan has. The blacks aren't as crushed, and that ends up helping a lot of the detail show. You can really see how big her breasts are because of that!

Poor kid ;-). She had no idea her top was see through. I doubt this was happening to her entire team or there would be a change in brand on the competition suits. Most likely, her nipples were significantly darker than her teammates so they contrasted with the wet material to produce this show on that afternoon. Wonder if her parents let her know later that night.

Does she appear anywhere else? I have a innate affection for the hefty swimmers as the sport usually caters to less curvy, slender girls. Large breasts take away from the streamlined shaped the sports demands, so its always fun to watch these girls compete to overcome their biological deficit. Love the blue toenail polish. Great album. I get so confused about which of your albums I have seen and which are new! If you were to try to take these photos now (which would probably not be allowed) well over 50% of the children would be overweight. Such different times!

It would be impossible to take these photos now. Whenever I add a few photos to an existing album it gets moved to the top. The only significantly new album I have, which was added at the end of last year, is the one dedicated to my sister. Since she passed away, I've become more and more isolated from society. One thing society can't take away from me are the 30 years of my life I dedicated to capturing the beauty of children and (very) young women. Greg Morrison will always be a beautiful boy of 13, Emanuela Burzi will always be a beautiful girl of 12, and Daniela Cristiano will always be a beautiful young lady of 20.

I think now kids are over-privileged and don't think they have to work hard to get ahead - so they don't take care of their of their health and figure. At that time they were all hard-working athletes and trim. I also know at that time it was mostly a caucasian area (the West Shore of Harrisburg PA), with the black areas being on the other side of the Susquehanna, - near the capitol.
