Hunger, or lack of adapted food often makes inflated bellies; but the lack of hygiene generates belly worms and almost, a delayed growth (malnourished and neglected boys looking like 10 years old when they are already 13!)

His pic made me think of kwashiorkor (no protein) you see in starving children esp. in Africa. Worms? OMG didn't know about them but flies yes. Audrey Hepburn (UNICEF) had a mission to these children b/4 she passed on.

Belly worms are very common in children (even sometimes in adults!). They catch eggs worms in dirt, with soiled foods or when they are eating with dirty hands. Eggs are very tiny and could be hidden under dirty nails by example...Worms are very discomfortable and blocking normal intestine work and digestion, they could kill a young kid. Fortunately efficient medicines exist and in a couple of days a kid could get rid of worms! But the medicine has a cost some abandoned kids can't pay...

I know, most of people watching my albums are men with some weird ideas about little boys! Even if sometimes, my boys and my pictures could be "erotic", one must remember it is for fantasies only! And beyond each picture a human exists and some young human life could be hard and unfair! Only pure love and compassion can help such kids having a better faith

"depressing?" Yes of course but through world history children are placed in the 'front-lines' by degenerate adults/politicians to propagandize and foment their wars thereby producing guilt for the rest of us. Hitler and Pol Pot did it as just some examples.
