That is not obvious; I was told that abuses are common too in rich families, in some boarding schools or other places where kids are supposed to be safe and in good hands! It is unfortunately part of our human condition...

I agree with you 100%. Of course there are attacks in every country. The problem in poorer countries can be that the children sell themselves to support their families. Incidentally, the best way to prevent abuse is to raise confidence in children. Or am I wrong.

Lot of children, rich or poor are not sincerely loved by parents and adults; then, they try to find love in other people...And such people could abuse a child who is ready to do everything to get a drop of true love and consideration...Such is the life!
