He looks like he's wanting to grow his hair long. Reaching to the back playing with what little bit that grew out since his last haircut saying I'm gonna grow a mullet. I was at a youth baseball game Sunday saw a very cute boy with a long mullet to the middle of his back, I was talking to his teammate who I know and the 3 of us was standing there, I said Tommy you should grow a mullet like Richie, Tommy said I like mullets reaching over playing with Richie's hair (he was so cute doing that) and then said, but my parents won't let me, they make me get a haircut every few weeks, again reaching over playing with Richie's hair. Richie says I love my mullet pointing down to his waist, then says I want to grow the back of my hair this long. That kid was so cute. Boys shouldn't be forced to get a haircut if he doesn't want to get it cut.
