skinny: Deleting originals (2010-09-08)
Deletion of individual photo originals is now possible in album editor.

skinny: Limiting storage space for originals (2010-09-06)
First: this will affect only quite a few posters. Second: this does NOT limit the number of photos you can post without storing originals. Now to the point. Since (some of) you do not quite understand what is the point of storing originals we are now introducing a space limit for this storage. Right now some of you guys use upto 90Gb of our server space. And this is FREE for you but never was for us. So now on without special permission from us you are not allowed to store more than 2Gb of originals. Again, this does NOT limit the number of photos you can post without storing originals. Comment on this.

skinny: Servers maintenance (2010-08-19)
We will be doing some maintenance today resulting some users albums being "incomplete" until this is done. Thank you for your patience. Ask your questions here.

skinny: no referer = no picture (2010-06-09)
Due to changes made to site internals today, some of people may now have issues with no big pictures being shown. Instead "no referer = no picture" sign is shown. This means something on your computer (this can be a browser itself, antivirus or firewall) is blocking the REFERRER field being send from your browser to the iMGSRC.RU. Simply google the correct answer for your particualr software. ATTENTION: this will not expose your system to risk in any way. Got questions?

skinny: Batch Uploader 'english.dll' error explained. (2010-03-26)
Some people are having issues installing Batch Photo Uploader. This most often occures when running the installer from Windows Vista (from which you really should be migrating anyway) with a username without local administrative rights. The simple solution is to install using "run as" with administrative login OR just installing into a shortnamed directory like 'C:\iMGSRC.RU'. Got something to ask?

skinny: More spam. Or less. (2009-10-12)
Since some of you come here only to find "contacts" and for that reason go through the albums leaving tons of "password please" comments, password begging is now considered spam. Also you should think on how stupid is to hide your email in profile settings and then leave it in every comment made. Again, this is STUPID. So now on comments with emails will be randomly deleted. Leave a sensfull comment and an album owner will consider himself if he wants to reply back after going to your profile. Discuss.

skinny: SPAM (2009-08-19)
OK, the GT spam lessened drastically during last few weeks. Now we go to next step - stop trades. To ensure less ammounts of trade request there were two features introduced: there will be no albums in search results with 5 or less photos in them and default comment settings for newly created albums are 10 OPEN pictures (instead of 6 any). I am really getting tired of all you spammers here. Visit our blog to discuss.

OK, guys. Let me remind you that iMGSRC.RU is a general photohosting service and if you came here in search of CP or to make GT/trade requests you came wrong place. GT is not allowed. CP is not allowed. Reposts are not allowed. So stop trades and don't ever post illegal underage nudity or be banned. I warned you.

You can now download selected iMGSRC.RU albums as .ZIP archives! This is selectable by album owner and in case he allowed that you will see an extra link under album previews in album view (example here). User must be registered on iMGSRC.RU in order to download. Discuss here.
