Tie the 2 size too big Arena suit tight and take off the necklace, it will save you milliseconds :-)

Nice and tight....but the tie should be on the inside of the suit, it creates bubbles outside. Also goggle straps on the inside of the cap and not twisted. I was a swimmer from 6-14 and very good because I had great coaches. :-)
