How would I punish you? I'd just treat you as the age you obviously are. At best, that's 2 or 3 years old. First off, wearing diapers tells me you're not ready to be a big boy yet, so no more undies for you - just diapers from now on, until you can learn to keep them dry. And with a tape job like that, you're obviously not ready to change yourself - best that I take over, and you just focus on letting me know when you've had an accident. And if I need to be able to check your diaper easily, then there'll need to be some outfit changes too - no more big boy pants, just shortalls and onesies and snap-crotch shorts and other toddler clothes. Obviously an earlier bedtime is in order, too, my little guy needs his beauty sleep. And a chastity cage, too - little boys don't get to play with that particular toy. Once all that's done, obviously the only thing you need punishing for is pretending to be a big boy when obviously you're not. So I'd invite your friends and family around to meet the real you - I'm sure it'll be embarrassing for you at first, but it'll be better in the long run, since you'll finally get to be the little boy you really are.
