It is worn in the Arabian peninsula.The batula sometimes covers the whole face, sometimes it covers just the nose and the top lip.It is usually worn by married or older women, but a young girl wearing this adult mask is very sexy to a lot of men. There are hundreds of young girls wearing batulas on instagram.
