I will go with Andrei and any local understanding of the areas 'over there' any actually travel in. I travel here ONLY. The Russians are nice, but, so is everybody else, except, and only if, and maybe, and a little different, if you get my drift, but I have met any only over here, so's I shut up. :-

These tracks have trestles so often, or, so many, as to look like a rib cage. HMMMn. The wall has the usual graffiti, as it is called, or urban art, as I like to call it, or marks of urbanity, if it aint art, as here the train areas have it in the UUSSAA. :-)

I see this urban marking everyday here. I see it has been over there since at least 2013. And any blame us the US for it as well as war and fashions un-desired. As if the US has an 'influenza'. The UUEE or USA is a confluence of peoples from all over the world. Any exfluence is part of the influence. :-)

These were all the boys from Ukraine, not Russia - and now there are only Russian officials making their holidays in Crimea. Most of them are now forbidden from travelling abroad (passports given out only at permit for each travel out of Russia)
