Katie and Arden work on straightening their feet and toes at the gym, but Katie's heel problems flare up terribly, and Dance Coach Carrie has her undergo a painful hot/cold water remedy to try to clear up her heel pain. Amanda, Peanut and Annie hold Katie down and comfort her as she undergoes the water therapy, which doesn't work.
