have you heard a story of some people who went to africa on a helicopter; they had a crash and had to walk for some days (almost) without food and water. they were a pilot, a woman, an actor/martial art fighter and some more people. that actor/fighter was a world champion in no-rule-fighting (what's the correct word?) from russia... they had a hard 'excursion', but the story had a happy end...

oh it is much more difficult to think up a proper caption for a picture than to physically add one to it. all too many times i just draw a blank on a picture, or add one, that later i am not pleased with. And other times also, i make a good caption in my opinion, but nobody else understands or likes it ....

yes. my heart really goes out for those without enough to eat. I should have clarified my statement above as saying, "for me", its easier to make hunger go away because of the plentiful supply of food available to me in this country. And i am thankful! :)

Its too hot to eat anyway, any i usually feel more energy when i don't eat for awhile, and more focused! So only drinking water, flavoured pool water optional! CHOW! (ciao) :)
