Yeah, the ghost effect is explained by the fact that pics were taken not one by one at once, but at about ten seconds intervals. Maybe there is a tool for removing it, but I am rather new to such issues.

In the beguining i used Photomatix. I think it came with a build in tool to reduce ghosting. Maybe that could help you on your way.

Also recomment you don't take pictures with a ten seccond intervall. You take them quickly right after eachother. But you make one very light, one with normal light, and one kind of dark. If you blend those in one picture, you will see the hdr better.
