The shirt says "LWCS Warriors Soccer". "LWCS stands for "Living Water Christian School". There is a sweet irony that this boy is from a Christian school, and probably in it's soccer team. Makes me wonder how this boy ended up like this. Did some rowdy peers from a soccer practice session have him tied up and blindfolded for some kind of dare or prank? Or was this boy nabbed and gagged by someone within or near this Christian school? Considering this boy is not showing heightened distress, it's probably the first one, but it would be interesting if it was the second one.
