In 1969 the Minor and Skelton Families traveled by boat from Birmingham, Alabama to Pensacola, Florida. First the Black Warrior River to the Tombigbee south to the Alabama River. We camped nightly riverside at Old Lock and Dam sights/State Camping Parks. The trip took 6 days.
