My sister Anny with developmental disabilities still hasn't learned to swim, so family makes her use kiddy floaties at the beach. They say it's cute, but at her age it looks pretty funny :) Our uncle gave Anna this dolphin when she was 7 or 8 and since she was a little girl it remains her favorite swimming toy :)
