just 17yo (2Aug08): Jesper van der Wielen is already a successful athlete on 1500m, 2000m steeplechase, 3km, 5km 'n cross. His aims are Dutch champion cross, speeding up on longer distances (5/10km), EC juniors 2009 on 5 or 10km... I'm sure he will reach the olympics in 2012... like dad, like son... On 31dec09 he wins the prominent Sylvester Run at Soest as 18yo junior.

watch out for girls, be strong to ignore, or better, smile, be polite, cheerful, and charismatic and think the other way... Try not to appear to be going to great lengths to persuade somebody. shocking news: our sweetest vladik has passed away by a car accident. October 24, 2009 - Alushta, Ukraine. It was a sunny and mild autumn day with a slight breeze. On any other Saturday, it would have been called perfect. Flanked by family, countless friends and even strangers, Vladik Shibanov was laid to rest on October 24. In this small resort town of 30,000 many turned out to say their final farewell to a boy taken from us too suddenly. As Vlad's family wept, one could not help but feel the pain and sorrow. You didn't have to be related or even know Vlad to see the influence this boy had on people. His friends from university stood by Vlad's side stoically fighting back tears, some failing but putting on a brave face as most teens do. His younger sister could barely stand as she watched her idol get lowered into the ground...

It's so much fun, observing fishing boys.. The tension and proudness on the moments they relieve full smiles on their face during a big catch... And some are already delighted when they catch a small one... Enjoy!

No trick 'n treat for this ole man, maybe for his black-coloured assistants. Today (August 23,2008) 20yo Matthew Mitcham made history!!! He is the first Gay Olympic Gold Medalist (in the Men's 10m Platform)...
