Is this at Albuquerque by any chance. I know they have a big international meet at Albuquerque every year but I guess there are lots of balloon festivals all over the US.

This was at the New Jersey Festival of Ballooning that is just an hour drive from my home in Pennsylvania. I would love to visit the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta someday, they have a lot more balloons there during normal years.
