Here in Amerika we are not allowed to buy or own a Lancia Delta. So, I am building a pair of Replicas, based on the Subaru Justy 4-door, with 4 wheel drive.

To my opinion the Lancia Delta was uniqe in its class,but don't feel alone some imported Japanese cars are not allowed to be registered in South Africa

The all-knowing american government bans importation of many awesome european cars because the governemnt deems the euro-spec cars "unsafe" - thereby saying americans are not smart enough to decide for themselves what risks they are willing to assume. So, americans can smoke, drink, skydive, ride motorcycles without wearing safety gear, BUT they can not own or operate a Lancia Delta motorcar. Hmmmmm. Makes me ashamed to be an american, actually.

we cut out the plastic mesh that came on the factory radiator grill. Behind it you can see powdercoated black aluminum diamond mesh we will use to upgrade the grill.
