The photo does not look as if it had been photographed with a camera. It's probably more of a screenshot of a movie clip, which can be seen also at the top right of the cursor image.

Thanks for the comment. You're right. All my 'pics' are video captures. Although there's been some email discussions & perhaps some in the comments, I decided to state they are video captures. When I post pics I'll say so as well in the album description. I'm very interested in learning both photography and video but my emphasis has been video helping a friend do videos of the Chinese New Year festivities [Gung Fu, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, ribbon dance, lion dance, dragon, fireworks, ...] for a bit. To some extent I believe some of the same best practices apply to video as well as photography including focus, exposure, f/#, timing, composition, ... And so all the related comments are very appreciated. Your albums have very good photographs! Thanks for posting them.

Thanks much for the comments. Yeah, they should be nude. A nude swim meet would be very awesome! The USA appears to be far behind Europe and other places that are body free. Even at nude places teen boys and girls are very rare leaving mainly just young kids and older folk. Boys these days often wear those ultra-long shorts even down to the calves or ankles that just look weird. Unfortunately the green boys didn't do so well at this 2 day event. They even came in very last in many of the races. Too bad. Yup, there's some picture blur for sure. Thanks for noticing. I see factors such as the camera, it's settings by the operator [me], .... I did have focus problems with the camera and saw it go out of focus at times when I tried auto-focus. I'm currently playing with it at high speeds. I'm thinking of 300 fps some upcoming Martial Arts stuff although it can go to 1kfps at lower pixel sizes. Yeah the green boys are very nice, especially these 2. Yeah, I felt bad for them doing so poorly. I later saw some of the same guys playing water polo and they were pretty good although I don't have a clue on that sport. I wonderedd what they did with the horses - lol.

The lens is everything. Get the best your walet can get you. And learn to be very adept at focusing. Auto focus is great for very fast action but trust your eyes.

I set the camera on autofocus but somehow it kept going in and out of focus perhaps being 'confused' by the water - or may have missed a setting or something. I noticed 'they' stopped making the camera shortly after I bought it. I've since bought an Olympus w/ 2 lenses. I know Nikon has a big name but I asked a real optics and photography expert and he agreed with my choice especially for the $.

Notice this photo. The boys don't look bad at all. A lot of teens in their swim briefs and other swim wear, yet no one can compare to the boys in the green speedos (not pictured here). What is it about those green suits, so prevalent in this album, that makes whoever wears them look so amazingly good, better than the rest? Too bad they lost the competition.

I tried a few different settings with mixed results. Maybe that's part of why they stopped making this model. Yeah, the green team has some very awesome boys. I was shocked everytime I saw this bigger guy. He was good friends with one of the real good looking boys. You cn see him poking or pointing at his friend's torso in a couple other pics.

ha, this natatorium has separate bathrooms for spectators vs students. Besides they probably just let the speedos dry and then put gym shorts or aomething over without getting nude at all.

I got invited to nude swims at the Y as a boy in the 60's. There was nude optional swimming at my college at the men & women pools. We had nude swims at summer camp and especially on our camping, backbacking, & canoe trips. It was a different time for sure - the good ol days. I never until recently ever heard of nude swim meets but that would be awesome!

There were Y's in the Beantown area that had nude swimming. A next door neighbor would take friends of his boys to go to the Y for nude swimming. Unfortunately I was toooo shy about it to go.

Hey bareswimmer. yeah, my parents were very socially conservative. I did enjoy nude times alone but being with others was another matter for me. By around mid- & highschool I got into some skinnydipping at sommer camp, camping trips, day bike trips, ... w/ other boys quite a bit. It was a blast.
