It is a Praying Mantis. Tbhis one was about 4.5inches long. They eat other bugs and are known for the females eating the males after mating... whatch out for them girls.. lol

It is mine rickwood. My body just can't take it like it used to be able too!! Much better now, still sore on some mornings!!

Thank goodnes my kids have not had knee problems. I make the stretch frequently.

rickwood, it actually happened playing soccer. I have had both knees fixed due to injuries.
