Maybe about 20 minutes put into this one. My idea in doing these is to work fast and experiment to learn what I can do with these paints.

This sketch, done in about 20 minutes, is based on quick drawing I did from a live model in college back in the 70s. In both this sketch and the drawing he ended up looking younger than he was.

I'd set a short time limit (about 25 minutes) for working on this one in an effort to experiment with color while avoiding getting stuck on small details. I kind of like how the charcoal showing through on his shirt works.
