This boy has chubby face and arms but his belly is still ridiculously flat! His parents should solve this and feed him more. On the other hand - you wear a very nice shirt, boy, plus points for your mother ;)

He is no little baby anymore, he is the chubby boy but his belly has not started to grow yet. He needs to be overfed and I think that in 4-6 months of moderate overfeeding at home his belly would be able to pop his shirt buttons out.

He should be grounded in his room encouraged to play computer games and fed by six main meals a day. I think than also his belly would grow.
