This isn't baptism, according to the Greek meaning of the word. Baptize, from the Greek "baptizo" means "to dip, to plunge, to immerse, to overwhelm" something. Actually, baptize isn't a translation. It is a transliteration. If the word was translated correctly it would be "immerse." Baptism is done to someone or something. Sprinkling/pouring involves the element used. You cannot sprinkle a person. Also, infants/small children do not need it.
