A happy life....that's hard to say; although she has a very privileged life which prob helps. Although no child can enjoy being followed by the paparazzi or hounded whilst going back and forth between 2 moviestar divorced parents. However considering there's 1000's upon 1000's of kids in similar scenarios w/o the benefit of having millions or practically anything- it's safe to say Suri's doing alright!!
