Some States, like where I live, the laws say its puberty and older that is not allowed to be naked in public.

In my country, nudity is allowed for kids anywhere, almost on beach,at river etc...as long as they don't reach puberty. After puberty and adults, nudity is allowed only in private homes

My nephew sometimes has his hygiene inspections in semi-public places. Since toilets here do not spray water, I make him clean himself at the sinks in the public restrooms after he uses the toilets. Are all of your hygiene inspections only done at home, or as needed?

For washing your boys in public places, just bring a bottle in your bag; you can fill it at the restroom's tap water and wash the boy by the toilet bowl. I control my boys almost before they go to school, when they come back and after shower...
