For me, the ideal weight is around 130 kg at 13. Afterwards, I find it better for teenagers to lose weight as they start to transform into men.

Yes, I know. It is quite rare for a boy to reach such weight. That is why I like to say that boys are never too fat, although some actually are… I saw once a boy from India, I think : he was 11 or 12 and weighed around 230 kg. He could barely stand or walk, had skin problems due to his fatness, and that was painful to see. Fortunately, he has lost much weight since and feels much better.
