Tiziana - no: Francesca (right) - no. You've got to realize at that time pre-pubescent girls could go topless and no-one really noticed. I basically followed the customs of the local people. If I asked a 15-year-old to go topless (who, even though she was fully-developed, to me she was still a "kid with big breasts"), I probably would've been shot. That's how I managed to survive so many years in Southern Italy without getting into any major issues. Southern Italy was more conservative, even if the pre-pubescent girls were mostly ignored. Francesca was right on the edge of that dividing line. However, I knew her father by that time for 25 years (you'll see him also in the "Muto" album as an itsy-bity); and I knew he was more conservative, so I wouldn't even chance it. The key to survival is to know and respect the local customs.
