Interesting to see the gymnast number written on the kid's hand, instead of a number paper on her back - but then again, I prefer this, because it doesn't affect the look of the gymnast on-mat.

Rhythmic gymnastics moved the silly paper 'number' completely from competitors in the 1980's as they got in the way of the girls on-mat an also ruined the look of the girl's body-lines in movement. After all, gymnastics does have a huge aesthetic component.
