looks like some kind of strip soccer, where you have to remove 1 article of clothing, when the other team shots one goal or when you miss the goal. Great memories :-)

i don´t want to know the exact place, but the environment. i never see boys here playing soccer in just undies or shorts in such an open area. Btw, i was always the goalie in strip soccer :-)
