Man - judging by the underpants, this is a fairly recent picture (video still?). The second boy from the left -is his underwear really that skimpy, or is he bunching it up? I know you couldn't buy skimpy underwear like that in boys size in the United States. And this is not hijinks in the camp cabin - or else they wouldn't be wearing shoes and socks - this is a pre-planned stage show. I wonder how such a thing came about? Scoutmaster idea maybe???
