This poor kid looks like he at least needs a blanket or something like such. I hope no one came about and made fun of him. I know that I surly would hate being out like that. And sitting on top of the air conditioner unit like that looks very uncomfortable.

The parents of this kid need to be beaten severely. Why would you make any kid, this age, sit outside in a diaper for the world to see. There is no excuse for it.

my nephew does it all the time, it doesn't bother him. Besides the my nephew does the same thing that the kid in the photo when he is filling his diaper.
