Wow! I bet this is how the rattail style got started. It's just like my hair would do if I had a total clean haircut and a rattail comes from no where getting longer at an alarming rate. His hair barley starts growing and that tail thingy just started growing at an intense rate so fast it looks like a stage 2 rattail, once the sides starts growing over the ears, boom that tail thingy starts looking like a serious stage 5 rattail getting so long and so good looking you ask mom can you keep it the next haircut you get. A year later you got a true stage 10 rattail in progress after 2 haircuts that's so long and gorgeous down your back, your parents are fuming because you refuse to chop it off. 2 years later after you decided to keep that long wispy good looking tail growing longer it's a stage 20 rattail super duper long because you love it getting longer down your back. (Note: stages of rattail, equals 1 inch per stage)
