Shopping centers, and even McDonald's and KFC - all have spirit houses. The spot on each property where the spirit house is placed, is determined by a prominent Buddhist monk, who visits the site before construction begins.

This particular spirit House is places there by a certain sponsor to say that "there is no need for McDonald's to have fun", I am sure :-)

This one is directly opposite an all-male school, famous for its white and blue shirts - with the Sky Train looming above.
