Since no one ever answered you ... I will take a guess at it. Cute pictures, no doubt. But just based on her facial expressions it kind of seems to me as if she has a mental disability. Most likely autistic. For some reason autism causes children to potty train really late. Depending on how serious the autism is... I guess it limits their ability to control certain things, or to have enough patience to consistently learn something such as going potty. If this girl was 8 and didn't have any mental issues -- I'd be shocked. It could be she's a DL... but most parents wouldn't take pictures of her wearing them.
